Should take about 24-36 hrs till the CE is changed to Pink Limited. At that point I'd expect a lot of people to be speaking with their brokerage firms to get trading re-started for $BCAP.
Attorney Opinion Letter should be released within the next few trading days and shortly after that $BCAP will be back to Pink Current.
