Barchart just gave OODH a "BUY" rating for SHORT-TERM gains! (1 to 3 month period)
Maybe they finally got all those quirks worked out in Barchart software... because they actually seem to be onto something this time!
Their software seems to have major trouble when it comes to long term...but Short-Term (1 to 3 months) is what this chart refers to.
