The most important thing this company can do is prove their machine is worth selling at a reasonable amount of compensation and then sell it. All this nonsense about patterns and crap will go away immediately if they do.
If they don't sell one or prove the machine some will be witnessing resets and such all the way to zero. All the while remaining convinced it had nothing to do with the machines failure but instead market makers and hedge funds.
