e-trade says only mm's can short a penny stock, the question i like to ask myself, is who is selling, and who is buying, and continue to go back and think about the big volume we had a week ago, some one, repeat, some one, bought all thoses shares, and some one sold all of thoses shares, if we can figure that out, we could understand what is going on, my take is mm is selling to raise funds for something, and someone bought all of thoses 6's, like a hand off, once that one person buys 600 million plus shares, will place orders on the ask and bid, controlling the action, and averaging down,
