Allan Harris seems to have a lot of subscribers, and a lot more people read his public posts on his website. With other stocks in the past, we've seen a pop in them when he recommended them.

However he has rec'd CTIX in the past so there may not be as much demand as there would be for a stock that he never mentioned before, because a lot of his readers may already have some. Hopefully the article will spur them to buy more.
