AS FAR AS HALTING -
As far as I can see....There is not ONE person that had that much influence to make this stock halt - Many many people complained to the SEC -
This was not your ordinary take over/merge, etc. etc. This was a person who we cannot get in touch with who authorized a split of 1:800 - plus whose identify was in question
SEC has thousands of stocks and I'd think receive hundreds of complaints each and every day....
Would take more than one person to have the SEC stop and pay attention and take action - It usually acts as a result from numerous complaints.
Even that first time many months ago regarding the newsletters - there were numerous "shorters" who jumped on the bandwagon and complained because the stock was rising.. But if you all remember, it was quickly taken care of and back to normal
