I didnt see this mentioned and I may have missed it but what I got from the PR was this....

They said that now that they have began dosing they can go ahead wih tthe protocols for the European studies. So whatever the arrangement in Europe it had to do with dosing at DF. Obviously that dosing had to be positive not necessarily meaning activiation but maybe!! It definately meant that the first patient/s tolerated the drug well and will be continuing on with the next dose!

I think much more can be read into this PR about the results of this first dose.
