Thanks for the comment. The S-1 and Audit posts are summaries of two important road maps. Those goals are the keys for everything that will be accomplished by the end of 2013.

If you read the 2Q2012 Report you'll notice there's no "Going Concern" statement. $BCAP turned a corner financially between March-June 2012.

As I've written before $BCAP isn't being funded by share sales and hasn't been for over a year. The only people driving the price are shareholders, most of whom don't understand what they own.
