Good morning, thank you for your email.
There should be no confusion on PSRU, this will be a processing plant only and is working on adding equipment for assets and already working on the 3m in liabilities. This company will have small overhead and will be able to add to the bottom line of YTRV, People can make there own choices, these companies are not in a battle, one company processes and the other owns equipment, mines and processes, so PSRU and YTRV have there own processes to move forward.
I am on the Gold, and people may say pictures are fake and I am not real its ok, I have posted real videos and pictures and even had 2 shareholders come to both sites and see it with there own eyes.
The 2 tickets are at .0002 for 2 reasons PSRU is a stop sign in debt and why buy it right now, but I can tell you when I fix and get it current then they will go up fast also when I get it fully reporting then it will blow up, second YTRV is sitting at .0002 due to old debt and conversions, when I took over the company May 1st the company was in debt more than 2m and now its under 1m, so I am not happy about all the conversions but I want the old debt gone PERIOD.
Cedric, Greg and Dave notes are paid and all there shares were cancelled they have not cashed in at all.
The plan is no reverse split until I make my decision December 31, 2014, I told everyone that.
All the profits will be calculated when we are in full production I have been on the gold for 2 weeks and owned the company for 11 weeks and have done more than companies in business 1 year
Preferred Shares are in my name only so there is no issue there and I have to wait 2 years, once again no dilution.
Our goal is to continuing buying stock back until August 31st comes out with fully reporting and debt will be down, stock will be up, money in the bank and over 500k in assets.
So I am willing to work with everyone, but companies dont take off in 1 day so sorry I am not making you happy with this company and PSRU, but I am moving forward on my plan and it will work
