We keep talking about the "Welland 3", but in reality it should be the "Welland 4". Number 4 is listed as John Doe.
John Doe being "any of their servants, agents, employees or other persons they may direct, from directly or indirectly, by any means whatsoever: communicating, disseminating or causing to be communicated, disseminated any defamatory comments about the Plaintiffs. . ."
I believe we have seen and are still seeing posts from John Doe and I believe that "causing to be communicated" puts iHub firmly in the defendant's chair.
