Warrior_King, what?! Why would there be $700,000 in cash on the balance sheet?

Re-read the PR :
"The first investment which is nearly $700,000 will enable Rapid Fire Marketing to settle accounts payable and significantly increase its inventory of vapor inhalers, expand its product line and business operations via a new division. Additionally, the costs of the Company getting to fully reporting status will be offset significantly via the Ironridge investment."
They are telling you directly that the shares given to Ironridge in the first part of the investment were in exchange for the cancellation of debt the company had on its books, to be able to order new inventory and fund getting fully reporting. That tells me that the $700k in value has totally been used up already. And it was used for great corp progress, I might add. IMO. Try again.
