That's reasonable. I figure we're very close relatively to seeing the audit completed. That's a fundamental shift for $BCAP.

Many companies aspire to having their books audited, $BCAP is doing it. The S-1 filing can occur only after the audit is complete, so expect to see more updates on that before the end of 2012.
