Rounder INC - RNDR 11/7/2012 Call recap:
Norman Birmingham articulated during the call with shareholders and potential investors that the company expects to have a name and symbol change completed by the end of the 1st quarter of 2013. In addition the company projects that its new website and business plan should be completed by the end of November.
Further, Mr. Birmingham commented on the past development idea related to the 3D poker app. Mr. Birmingham indicated that the company has not given up on the idea of a poker application, but at this point in time it i snot the companies priority, but gave a caveat that suggested with the RNDR's recent acquisition of App-Swarm that the company may have the avenue to develop a mobile app for poker, but again that would need to explored a little further down the road.
Sterling Capitol Closing Comments
It is understandable that the company would at this time and during its current transition from old management that the 3d app would be placed lower on the list of priorities. It appears as that the company is seeking more viable revenue producing opportunities that would meet its needs much quicker in generating cash flow.
Second, I think it is encouraging that with all that the company is doing in its day to day activities to build share holder value, that management has not lost sight of completing the little things that are important to the investor market place such as a company web site and a business plan. Both of these once presented to the market should provide some market reassurance.
