I suppose there may be one more effort next week(EOM on Thursday) to drive the price down but there is little in the way of ammunition for the effort to succeed.
The increase of 4,450,000 in restricted shares may require an SEC filing next week. I see at least three possibilities.
First, most likely is the company just raised funds from qualified investors to pay bills and make the filings.
However, it is possible some restricted shares may find their way into the hands of new members of the BOD either by participation in the above offering, as a "signing bonus", or both.
There may also be shares issued to the consultant for having closed a contract.
Next week may be interesting. Stay tuned.
