To be fair Some want $1 for 7cents
So it is one or the other, if you are trying to gather as many shares as possible, and people are shorting the stock. Then the PPS is reflective of that:
NOT OF THE VALUE OF THE COMPANY!!
People have fallen into the I want as many shares as I can get at 7 Cents!!
And I want them to release information so we can UP-LIST!!
But why would the company do that?? they could buyback shares first for .07 if no one is going to pay what they think the stock IS REALLY WORTH!
