Getting closer and closer is the story for MMTC; closer to seeing the first launch into sales for the MIT 1000 into the hottest food testing market in history. As certifications for E-coli, Salmonella and Listeria are asked for by food companies waiting for the MIT 1000, the AOAC will soon have 3rd party testing for confirmation of MMTC lab results on their desk in about two weeks.
