ERHE situation certainly seems to be dramatically improved with complete closure and exoneration of prior investigations, Chad and now Kenya areas surrounded by proven oil reserves with possible rapid development , and potential EEZ development also near proven oil.  Still have to wonder why SNP/Total have not officially left the JDZ if nothing valuable was found.
