He is the same as a Corporate Merger or Acquisition Guy!
They specialize in that stuff, so when they are brought in it is to do their job!
So, As I have had a back and Forth with Taber, we both agree:
He did not come here without a joint effort (Deal with Sony and Ntek),
It is just too risky for Ntek, and Sony is such a large company that:
When they say we entered into a very profitable Joint venture, the money they are talking is more than NTEK's Market cap!
I see both Companies being Very Happy, both now and in the future with their combined efforts!
