Since they did not want to sell or need to sell, they were effectively FORCED TO SELL BY SUCH A HUGE OFFER!!
I would not concern yourself with a buyout, If it did happen, I believe NTEK would only sell if the amount was a Ridiculous OVERPAY!!
So a BUYOUT would only be a great thing!
NTEK has big things coming, everyone in the industry seems to know it!
