THE PPS NOW IS WITHOUT BUYBACKS
NTEK SEEMS TO BE DOING THE SMART THING!!
I know it is frustrating some people, but imagine if this was your company,
selling shares for .066 and .07 I would be pissed if I were management!!
But the big thing is, they DO NOT NEED TO BUY ANY SHARES TO HAVE A HIGHER % of the Company!!!
RETIRING shares would INCREASE THEIR % and Everyone else's!!!
So, They can try and get 10% of the company (an example buy buying individually)
Or if he reduces The Shares, He can obtain the same 10% that Way!!!!
