The question is how would Sony acquire this.....
Most likely they agreed to split profits (I have no idea what the percentage would be) OR
NTEK GETS CONTINUED ROYALTIES
OR NTEK was PAID a lump sum, or an amount each month or year!!
MOST LIKELY IN MY OPINION is a COMBINATION OF TWO OF THE ABOVE!!
