The culprit of the decrease seems to be this..

It actually says all positive things about NTEK basically Except they attacked Dave Foley again!
So knowing that is not an issue! The write up was actually that they look to be doing much better!!
This seems to be a paid release by shorts, to give them some ammo to attack!
