re: ashgrove report..,if ashgrove is the cause of this holdup..obama i think didnt want to extend the deadline for compliance,romney said something to the effect that the expensive retrofits(he didnt know about gtgp) take jobs and he wasnt for that...so perhaps now ag will release or allow jim to release it?
