Management (which includes Luis) holds about 50%.
That would leave the remaining 30% in the hands of those who purchased PP (about 80% of Baltia is held by large investors).
All good, in that most of the big investors are planning on holding for the long term.
I've probably said this before, but NEXT WEEK looks like it is going to be very interesting (sooner or later, if I keep saying that, I will finally get it right!).
