It needs to have the definitive letter of agreement worked out and signed. I saw the Definitive letter of agreement for the merger between AEGY and SKTO (when it was in the pipeline) it was long, polished and well thought out. It had to have taken alot of time and expense to do that one. This one will be even more extensive and painstakingly all inclusive than that one. Hence expect a long time lag.
