The 52 week lows were near .001, the recent highs were at .004, the current price is near .002. The stock has basically been fluctuating in a range of a puny few tenths of a cent down at these levels. Also it has been trading about 1% to 2% of the total float. Now I would call THAT "an absolute joke".

"The O/S has increased 60mm in the last 5 weeks", yes, which is an increase of a mere 4% of the O/S. The stock is down approximately 50% from the recent highs (from .004 to .002) on about 1% to 2% of the float "trading" daily; which, by the way, has been amidst roughly 33% to 50% of the daily volume consisting of short sale transactions.

Just my opinion, but, I would make sure to be precise in what you define as a "joke" and invest in the company, not the weekly or monthly stock fluctuations. The MJ vote is significant for the sector but for this company in particular it is execution of the business plan which will propel it forward and make it a success. JMHO
