I agree, this is a diamond in the rough. Cash flow positive and EPS on bulletin boards? That's nearly impossible, we all know this.

I'd like to see price appreciation mainly because that signifies that larger players are getting in the game. I think we will see it prior to the 7th or 8th month though. Just patiently waiting for it to start...
