FYI...dilution would took out that 1M bidder at .0025 2 days ago instead of tiny taps into it for a few bucks.....lol
When someone is tiny tapping a 1M bid....to :paint" it down...its still manipualtion plain and simple...no matter which way the "paint" is spread.....you agree with that....or do folks sell into a 1M bid...for $10 as a rule????
