i dont know batman- even took the drastic action of looking at the basher board to see why but no valid reason there either -
merger was finalized may 28 -maybe holders expected the bottom line in less than 3 days in this get rich quick world-again the 10q reports the situation as of may 31-reflecting mostly operations under the old company
