I can give you a couple of possibities:

- MM that was shut due to Hurricane Sandy opened today and executed a block trade

- Someone whose house was damaged by Sandy needed the money

If I assess today's trades, it looks very much like the bottom when BCAP was at $0.0002/3 -- for whatever its worth.
