p.20 Port says extended API and EIT terminals -this was sometime ago i guess=lust like the dredging they talk about was finished jan 2011-
to accommodate post-panamax up to 320M at EIT2 14.5m draft
and extended API to allow up to 240m length Panamax 13m draft -Dont know how they did that-API is sandwiched between drydock and customs/EIT entrance
never seen Panamax at API
