That all sounds great. Has it been published of how many shares Tanjung investors have? If they did have that many would they not be considered an Major shareholder ( or however it would be worded ) ? As for buyouts, etc... sounds terrific, but that is beyond my scope of the market.
So if that scenario did come up, would all longs have to sell there shares for the buyout price, or would they be given an op to hold their shares and stay with Tanjung?
