All kinds of rumors and speculation fueling this move. As is with most OTC stocks. This could keep moving if they have found a buyer for their Petrozene product which is used to clean oil sediment from tanker cars and other containers. I was fortunate to buy at .06995. Only about 9k, but a nice chunk if they come thru.
