they make these convertible notes difficult for outsiders to ascertain but it looks like -except for the ca $650,000 in convertible notes issued defacto to danny for his $650,000 equity, almost all, if not all, other notes have now been converted,taking advantage of 5c conversion prices during the recent runup to 17c
except dannys, only anywhere from 30000 to 300k of notes remained at may 31 and the crash from 14 to ca.075 in 1 day, w maybe 1.1 million shares converted that day,may have eliminated the last of those nasty convertibles -except dannys notes -which he's not likely going to convert anytime soon
