my 1st thought was South Dakota?- but of course he's talking about San Diego,which I've never seen abbreviated as SD before
Geos claims are now over and cannot be litigated again, so dont know what he means re waiting on CA case- even before tx case geo was unsuccessful in its attempts to interfere w operations-
I expect favorable outcome of CA case -which is Bobs CWRN's claims - 13 counts worth- against Geo - but now that tx case is over I dont see even the threat of interference w operations anymore
Bob, Shirley, Sharon and stockholders of record at that time are possible beneficiaries of the CA case
