The prices generally reflect the market, if the market (dow, nasdaq, etc...) is green then so will be gold and silver. Silver usually mirrors gold in it's movement. Are the Markets up today??  Quantitive easing initiative (qe3) also helping the price as well as the market through artificially inflating it.
