Because someone is paying to have the negative articles appear at the top of Yahoo News. Most likely one of the pot stock competition paying of one of their bashing conduits to spread the negative.

This is an industry in its infancy with miilions and billions on the line. The early bird gets the worm.....I'm not surprised the actions to try to tear FITX down are ruthless.
