The chill was lifted in March 2014, and the first report I saw of TDA disallowing buys was this week, unless you can present substantive information to the contrary which I'll gladly entertain and stand corrected. It was also confirmed independently to my satisfaction from a trusted source that TDA presently forbids AEGY buys.
