operative word is actual investors
just a reminder the reason the *crew* got into the mess they did
after their initial orchestration of stock in Dec 2009
was because some *originals* hadn't registered their shares
(2009-2010)
(2 points there >> 1 of which meant that *then* access to wasn't able to be undertaken by the usual colluding entities who profit by their dishonesty)
which is why the cycle *down* was so unsuccessful from Jan to May 2010
up until WSB was 8k'd re: amended fins >> which of course set up the next round
