Just some millions of shares quickly dumped, for about $1.4M to be put into a pool and distributed, if the new proposed settlement is similar to a previous one.
At today's prices, that would mean about 16 million shares soon to be dumped.
The previous settlement was rejected by the judge because he thought the lawyers were receiving too high of a percentage. If the new one flies, it could make August an *interesting* month for those who find these types of massacres to be *interesting*.
