The phone number of 714-259-0686 is linked to a Juniper Management, located at 15651 Mosher Ave...you guessed it, in the same complex.
Google street view shows an empty office building, but that was back in 2011 it was taken, so I get nothing out of that.
By the way, Fringe Tree is only about 3 miles from the location of Juniper Management / Marani.
I'm weaving a web here of confusion. Honestly, I'm not sure whether I like it or not. If anyone wants to take a chance on that phone number and see what comes of it, go for it. I gotta run for now.
