At the worst possible time (post Q1 2014) when the principals and controllers of these firms, through their underhandedness and incredulous statements, were practically begging the SEC to shut them down, Group Think overtook this board like a disease organism overtaking the body. Group Think, viciously intolerant of dissent, is lethal and always leads to disastrous consequences.
