Not sure why the zoning issue keeps coming up. You can review the draft of proposed zoning bylaw changes on the Lakeshore website. Some of the issues are HC requirements i.e. odor, traffic, proximity to schools, security. They also reiterate the current zoning for mj as "agricultural or employment ".
