Your instincts are correct about things not being OK.  But maybe it is because Rauber can't communicate that first RKT site.  Maybe things are not going smoothly on that front.

At the AGM Rauber did say that RKT was not happy with him taking his position at JBII, but that things had been smoothed over.  Maybe he spoke too soon about that.

Or maybe it is just that RKT did not want that site revealed. Or maybe RKT/JBII have other reasons for keeping the relationship on the down low.

I hope we get more clarity soon.
