it's refreshing to see that type of discussion that I can remember when I first joined the "other place" I also feel this is a more controlled environment in the sense that we've all gotten to know one another so it's not like it foreign. lots of static and negativity "over there." unnecessary for us but I'm sure serves a purpose for their devious ways.
