Next step after getting an edgar pro account or the free alternative by signing up on secinfo, i would be to look at all the 8k's for OTC/Pinks, I dont really play anything over a $1, just my rule of thumb!! After a few days of reading them you will start to be able to identify which ones are play makers!!

8k's are the best basically the ps's of the SEC, 10Q's if your good with numbers!! DEF14's & PRE 14's for merger and shareholder annoucements and then for 3,4, 5, 13g's for insider actions!! I use edgar pro, reccomend folks gettin a subscritption, I am looking for a few aprentices to teach this stuff to in order to become the strongest best team for finding the true gems
