I heard back from Rondell (owner of Broadcast West) a few mins ago

Hope all is well!
Yes we are planning on producing the Marani commercial spots in the next few weeks. The are in the pre-production-planning phase and will be completed soon. I have heard of them but we do not have any affiliation with Marani, we are just providing the service for them.
