Seaside had two tranches executed. One at $.074 and the other at $.10.
There are very limited sources where the 4.5M shares could have came from other than the $.05 stock. The convertible notes should have all been cycled through the float. I think it is a very educated guess, unless you can offer a detailed hypothesis.
