When you buy into a company on the OTC they have rules that they report at certain intervals. That is the way it is. If you don't like it then find a different stock or investment. Penny stocks have no guarantee. You can't buy them and assume to be a millionaire in a matter of days or weeks. Settle down get a life and grow up .
