what I find that most people forget; is the risk vs reward re: stock picks and investing.
just because one might find a gem such as Kmag doesn't mean it's going to grow money on it's branches the next day. This is a recipe of disaster. I believe those who have taken the time=patience to do the DD are those who equally have the same amount of patience to wait it through so the company can come to fruition.
These are the mature investors; the ones who are able to see the trees from the forest.
Because the nature of pink investing is so much a PD prices shoot up quickly for profit putting people in the mindset of "quick cash" while thinking that just because the company is ligit it won't behave the same? Also, those who piggy back those who've put the DD in; may appreciate this but because they haven't worked hard and put the time in to begin with makes it easier to jump the gun. Personally I feel those who've done the homework are those who's mindset is of the kind that allows one to be patient. Regardless of what the short term situation may present.
Patience is truly virtuous.
just my opinion.
